The Castle Rock caravan park with it’s nice big lawns and big shady trees is a perfect place to come and relax with the Sabie river running past. The Castle Rock Caravan Park is close to Sabie and other towns like Graskop and Lydenburg. Facilities at Castle Rock Caravan Park include two ablution blocks with baths, showers, washing-up and laundry facilities, braai area, play park, TV room and trampoline. Free firewood is provided and canoes can be rented to paddle up and down the Sabie river or you could do some trout fishing. The difficult 14km Loerie Day trail also starts at the Castle Rock Caravan Park takes you through the beautiful valleys of the Sabie River. The Loerie Day trail takes you to Bridal Veil Falls and past the Glynis and Elna Falls to a ridge that provides a beautiful view of the Sabie valley. From here the trail goes thru the forest, back down to Castle Rock Caravan Park.
